Update link to MOT badge in README

The original MOT badges were in SVG format which HuggingFace doesn't support. This led to the badge not being displayed.
This changes the reference to a PNG format of the badge that is supported. It also adds a link to the related MOT record.
Further investigation has revealed that the problem is with the Firefox browser not HuggingFace but until Firefox gets fixed it is still better to use PNG.
