Why can't version v6 of NSFW generate NSFW content?

I'm having some issues with it and working on v7. However, I definitely still was able to make NSFW content with it. Perhaps share your workflow?
My workflow is very simple. I tested it, and after I uploaded an image, I wanted it to take off its clothes, but that didn't work. Also, I feel like the prompts aren't very responsive when using NSFw.

I've found that I just can't get the character to take off their clothes.
I ended up just deleting it. I'm trying to work out the kinks instead of trying to support the broken v6 and I will release a v7 when I get something I'm more confident in.
