Getting 403 error despite having access to the files on HF

I can access the files for the model on Hugging Face but when I try to access it in Colab I keep getting a 403 error. I have create a read only API key, as well as a finegrained API key with the read access to public gated repos I have access to selected but I still get the 403 error. Is there any fix for this?
