1. updating pydantic to 2.10.6 in the requirements.txt

2. updating sdk_version to 5.49.0 in the readme.md (literally click the upgrade button).

HOWEVER,
there is an error. you must use the same option for voice 1 & voice 2. can't leave voice 2 blank.
