Photomaker doesn't work displays "error" in the first stage

I think the app doesn't work, I tried with different browsers, as soon as I pressed submit the processing line continues to load without carrying out the steps, until "Error" is displayed, I also tried removing temporary files and cookies, but it still doesn't work
I've tested it and it works fine for me.
I tried again, but it still doesn't work, I noticed that other users have the same problem as mine, could it depend on the fact that we use Windows? the stylized photomaker version works perfectly, I don't know why this happens on this one.
I've restarted the space. You could try it again.
